Jackie raised her wand, thinking of a spell that might be unstoppable. before she could really think she was shouting "Avada Ke-wait!! Can't use that!" the second first thing came out. she cast a cheering charm then smacked herself on the head.

Matt wasnt looking and the spell hit him in the chest he rolled around on the ground screaming then after the spelll wore off he got up and grabed his wand and screamed''Tarantallegra ''

Jackie felt her legs start to do a dance uncrontroably. "theres nothing-" She fasped, running out of breath, "wrong with this spell is there professor?" she did the countercurse and shot and unexpected "flipendo" at matt.

*Jackie looked at the people watching the duel. she saw the flipendo hit matt and he fell backwards. she ran over to him* okay I win *she said with a grin, helping him up* and if I didn't actualy win fair and square then I at least forfeit the duel, because I had plans to be somewhere in... *she looked at her watch* 5 minutes ago...sooo I'll be off. *and with that Jackie nodded to the two people who were watching and left the room*
