She wasn't mad just worried, although she would be upset if he was late simply because he had forgotten about her. She was getting uneasy, so she began to study to maybe take her mind off him...I hope he gets here soon... [/glow]

Allie walks out of the shadows of the restricted section, a book in hand, whens she notices Riley Harper. She was restless it seemed like, "What are you doing?" Allie leans up against a self of books.

[glow=red,2,300]Riley looked up from her potions book, "Oh hi, well I'm supposed to be waiting on David but I'm not sure if he's going to show. He's about an hour late, we were suppose to study together. All he told me was that he was going to the forest or something for a while, I hope he didn't get lost..." She notices the book in Allie's hand but decided not to say anything about it and says "What are you up to?" instead. [/glow]

"Yea I'm surprised he isn't up here yet, he left me down there about 15 minutes ago. He said he had to be somewhere. Never thought it was with you." She takes a seat next to Riley. "Ok so here is the deal, I wanna start over. We got off on the wrong foot. Me being Slytherin and you being Gryffindor. So how about we just set the whole rival house thing aside?" Allie places the book down on the table, cover up. It was Potions to Banish evil power.

She laughed "We could do that, I think we got to know each other in the wrong way too. But honestly I like Slytherins, I get along with them pretty well actually, not sure why but I like everyone at first...well usually." Riley read the book cover "Now that's a good read, a bit long but very thorough. The restricted section is my favorite. What exactly are you trying to banish, if you don't mind me asking?"[/glow]

"I wasn't meaning it like that, about David and everything. I just thought he had a thing for Gwen." Allie plays with the hem of her skirt. "I am thinking of banishing my father's magic inside me, I'm sick of everyone hating me because of my father and im sick of his magic ruinning my life." Allie grabbed the book and flips through to a page with her notes on it. "I have checked this book out countless times, working on was to really banish the power. I'm missing something. I even had Brayden's help on it, but nothing is really working. We tried to banish it many times." Allie hands her the book.

But I do remember him flirting with Gwen, but he flirts a lot so I don't know." Riley grabs the book and starts flipping through, "what all have you tired? Some ways have to be done a certain way or with a certain number of people."[/glow]

"This spell was the one that worked the longest. Some only work for short amounts of time, but this one lasted for three days." Allie had to laugh, she couldn't get rid of this power no matter how hard she tried. "We followed it to every detail." Allie showed her the potion and spell it was complicated. "Do you think David knows that I have feelings for him." She finally let herself admit her feelings.

Riley wasn't sure how to answer Allie's question, she had thought she had thought Allie thought David was cute but feelings were a different matter. Everyone seemed to like David these days... "See all these notes here." Allie points to the elegant handwriting on the side. "Those are all mine, things we changed in every ritual. We started with the basics and then worked our way stronger and stronger. I think my father's blood is too strong." Allie bites the corner of her lip, a nervous habit. "I can't tell him, I'm Alyssa Matthews, well actually Alyssa Riddle, but any way. I'm a Slytherin, Heir to his power. Evil. He is a Gryffindor and amazing and caring. Beautiful." Allie doesn't realize her thoughts were coming out and even writing itself down on paper. She was working in the restricted section with a thought notes quill. She forgot to take the charm off. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that." Allie grabs out her notebook and quill. "Should I leave or could I help you until David comes?"

"There are certainly a lot of notes there...we may of to use a different book we are dealing with Voldemort here and I'm sure he wouldn't make it simple. But don't worry we'll think of something there's loads of books here." Riley didn't know how much thought Allie had given to David. "Well, you never know but if it's meant to be it will happen. It's OK everyone likes David." She laughed. "Well I'm not really sure what he wanted to talk to me about so I don't know." Riley didn't want to be rude but if David wanted to talk alone so did she, but he wasn't here to ask...[/glow]

"Oh alright, I'm going back to the restricted section anyway. I'm going to look for more books." Allie took her book back and placed it carefully in her bag before leaving. She forgot about her notebook and quill that was just laying on the table, Allie left to go back to work.
