A bit of history: William was born in England, to lovely, wealthy parents Edward and Stella Thacher Both in Slytherin. He had a very happy childhood and always got whatever he wanted. He maybe a bit spoiled but people would still agree that he deserved all that he has.
Appearance: Dark hair and dark eyes, very handsome If you were to see William walking the streets of London it is obvious that he comes from a well-to-do family. His clothes are very nice and fashionable.
Personality: William is extremely charming, and is a natural flirt. He enjoys time with the opposite sex, and they enjoy him. He is smart and funny. He is very creative and is excellent at Quidditch. He is cunning yet very sweet.
