Family History:: Robert's entire family works within the ministry, his mother in the Department of Transportation, his father in the Department of International Magical Cooperation. He has twin younger brothers, age 26; as well as, one older sister, age 30. His brothers work in the Department of International Magical Cooperation with their father; while his sister is an Auror.
With an entire family expected to work in the ministry, Robert found himself the black sheep. The fact that he never wanted to work for the ministry made him unpopular within his own family, especially next to his sister, every parents dream child. They family finally settled ways when Robert caved and starting working for the head of the Department for Magical Creatures. He still does not spend much time with them. The family has a vacation home in Dublin which is where he spent all his free time, and plans to spend his summer should he get the job at Hogwarts.

Personal History:: Growing up in London had it's perks and drawbacks. There were always non-magical things to keep him occupied while he was still an under-age wizard. Robert did find some minor mischief to get into, but never anything to terrible. His love of magical creatures developed early in life.
Shortly after his arrival at Hogwarts, Robert realized his true dream, to teach Care of Magical Creatures. He discovered the magical worlds outside of wizards and soon began to study. It wasn't long before he knew everything the was to know about all creatures of the magical realm. He was sorted into Ravenclaw and was lucky enough to not be in the same house as his siblings. He spent a lot of his time in the common room with is nose in books about Dragons, Merpeople, Pixies, and many other creatures. He was consumed with learning about animals to make sure he was the best for the job when the position as a professor became available. This drove him to work in the ministry, it was as close to his dream he could get without achieving it.

RP example:: He sat at his desk as he heard the nervous chatter of anxious third years filing into the classroom. It’s time, he thought to himself standing up, looking around his new office. Grabbing his copy of Fantastic Beast & Where to Find Them, Robert descended the stairs. The chalk remained how he had left it move in day, the words “Professor R. Baldric, Care of Magical Creatures,” remained in gleaming white upon the board. “Good morning all,” he projected upon entering the room, watching the students hustle quietly to their seats, “I expect you all at least looked at your books this summer, so lets get started.”
Leaning against the desk in the front of the classroom, he placed the book on the desk next to him, scanning the faces of the students. “Who can tell me the five stages of the Ministry of Magic Classification system?” professor Baldric watched as a hand shot up in the front row of the classroom. The young Gryffindor looked about ready to fall out of their chair when he called on him. “Start with your name, then tell me your answer,” he encouraged.

Family History::
The Donovan family was a pretty influential family in the muggle world. The Irish family is well known for their wealth that comes from old generation. The family’s involvement in the magical world started when the only heir to the family married a girl from a poor pureblooded family.

Cassidy’s parents are both wizards and a Hogwarts’ graduate. Both were bright Ravenclaws during their school year. After they graduate, both of them had taken a job at the Ministry of Magic. Cassidy’s father was an Auror while her mother works as an official for the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. Despite having both parents who works inside the Ministry and can easily get him a job there, Cassi decided to pass out the opportunity in favor of an internship at the Daily Prophet. It did disappoint his parents at first, knowing that their son preferred to be a reporter instead of a having a respectable Ministry job, but they softened up eventually. After five years of working as a reporter, Cassi did what any other twenty-something guy would do. Quit his job to travel, much to his family’s dismay.
Personal History::
Cassidy Fionn Donovan was the oldest son of Lucian and Aislin Donovan. The little baby was born just a year after the couple married. Despite groeing up in the muggle part of Ireland, Cassi had been aware about magic since he was a little boy. He immediately showed signs of his magical ability when he turn three when he accidentally made an explosion while playing with her father’s wand. As a little boy, Cassi had found magic to be amusing and interesting. He constantly asked his father to taught him all kinds of spells. His father complied his son’s request by teaching him some spells that kids would like but still harmless.

When he reached the age of seven, Cassi had started to lose interest in magic. He preferred to run around with other boys his age or playing tricks to get attention from girls around him. At this age, Cassi had started showing interest of girls, but like any other little boys, he expressed his interest by annoying them or making them cry. But it wasn’t until he was ten that he really get in touch with his charm. Cassi also managed to charm his first girl into “marrying” him at this age, her name was Deirdre. The romance of the two kids only lasted for a few months, since by the time Cassi reached eleven he received his Hogwarts letter. Unlike other kids he wasn’t at all happy about Hogwarts. He was reluctant to leave for school and leave his girlfriend, but he did.

At Hogwarts, he was sorted into the very house his parents had been sorted into, Ravenclaw. He immediately impressed some of his professors by his intelligent, but his superior attitude towards the less intelligent had been a quality that repels some. Cassi only associated with people that he thought was worthy or could be an advantage to him. He may not be the most popular during his year, but with his confident and charm he had managed to go pretty far. When he graduated, Cassi declined a position in the Ministry of Magic in favor for an internship at the Daily Prophet. He made quite an impression, and on his second year he was promoted from a measly intern to a reporter. He kept the job for five years before he did what most twenty-three year old bloke from a rich family did. He quit his job to travel for a year. He went to Greece and study Mythology, a subject that interest him since he was little. When he went back to the U.K, he continued to study Mythology for a year before taking a job at his old school as a Mythology professor.
RP example::
It had been years since Cassi had stepped foot on the hallways of Hogwarts. How long has it been anyway? Almost ten years maybe. But somehow nothing seemed to change. The silhouette of the castle was still dark and foreboding, the hallways are still as crowded as ever, and the students, still the same kinds of people. Walking those hallways again after these few years held a feeling of strangeness, but familiarity at the same time. The school had somehow managed to make him felt like he was seventeen and was heading for class.

The feeling of being back made him chuckle to himself. He reached the end of the hallway and enters the last door on his left. His new office. Unlike the rest of the school, his office was pretty new. Well, like the office, Mythology was a new subject. So it was an honor to be trusted teaching the subject. The thought of subject immediately snapped him out of his musing as he remembered that he had a class to teach in five minutes. As he sloppily gathered his books and lesson plan, Cassi glanced at the clock. Even as a professor he still felt like a simple tardiness could get him in heaps of trouble.

With only a minute to spare, Cassi walked inside his classroom. He was a little flustered from all the running, but he was sure he still looks presentable. He absent-mindedly starts to run his fingers to his already messy blonde hair before turning to his already present students. “Forgive my tardiness,” he stated to his students with his winning smile. A smile that some of his friend refer to as his knicker-dropping smile. “I’m sure you’re all curious about who am I, so I’m sure I should introduce myself before we began, yes? I’m Professor Cassidy Donovan. And if you don’t mind, please do not refer to me as Mr. Donovan,” He added a little wink at the end of his sentence. All while maintaining an eye contact and smile at his student. He strode confidently towards the board and wave his wand. “Introduction to Mythology,” he stated, reading the neat script that appeared on the board. “Now, who could tell me what mythology is all about?”
