Raven was putting up the fairy lights on the trees surrounding the lake and making sure everything was neat and tidy. She put out her handmade Slytherin and Gryffindor allince badges for everyone she had invited. She wanted this to go well without ANY interruptions from her father or Nagini. She flicked her wand on a gaint Gryffindor House sheild and it came to life with a loud roar from the lion she did the same with the SLytherin shield and the snake hissed. She smiled to herself proudly and went to check on her Dragon steak pasties. After she came back she saw someone approching and it wasnt even time to start yet.

Allie walked down to the lake as she sees her sister getting ready, "Alliance again Raven? We tried that once, it didn't work out so well." Allie held one of the badges in her hand flipping it. "Do you need any help here or are you ok?"

[glow=green,2,300]William was walking down by the lake when he saw two girls from his house near the shore that looked like they were setting up for a party, he headed closer to the shore so he could get a better look at his house mates. As he got closer he could see their faces better, they were very pretty. He didn't mind the thought of share a common room with creatures that looked as good as they did..."Hello," he called walking closer.[/glow]

Gwen walked down to the lake hopping a little as she tried to slide her foot into a heeled boot. Her hand snagged on the hem of her dress at she straightened back up and it tore a few inches up her thigh. She stopped and sighed "No matter" She swept her wand across the tear and it mended. She walked up to the group of slytherins "Hey, I wondered if you had needed any help setting up." Gwenllian brushed her pale windblown hair out of her face.

"Hey Gwen, prefect timing. Raven is fawning over this guy." Allie whispers to Gwen. She looked at her dress and had to compliment it, "I love this outfit, very beautiful." Allie grabs some things and place them in a table all around, "So Raven you going to introduce us to your new friend?"

"Oh, thanks" Gwen giggled behind her hand "I'm sure Raven is just making our housemate feel welcome." She turned towards the boy "I'm Gwenllian by the way, MacKendrick pleasure to meet to." She ran her fingers through her still unruly hair and smiled brightly.

She laughed "Oh c'mon don't be silly, Raven doesn't have to worry about little ol' me." she sat next to Allie and crossed her legs, her dress wasn't long enough for mistakes. She sighed nothing in her life was ever enough to allow for mistakes. "So does anything else still need to be done, everything looks great Raven." Gwen complimented her on the decorations. "So we have slytherin and gryffindor banners but only slytherin students, are our friends in red coming anytime soon or am I terribly early."
