*Nyra walked around the lake wondering what to do. She saw some of her house mates setting up for a party by the looks of it and a very impressive one at that. She watched with wide eyes as the Snake of Slytherin hissed and the Gryiffindor lion roared. She then remembered that some of the other Slytherin's were talking about an Alliance party or something like that the day before and she had overheard them. She couldn't remember if all Slytherins were invited or not.*

Raven looked at the guest list. "Nyra you can stay but I'm afraid Gwen.." she gave a upset look then smiled. "Your on the VIP list." she said.

David walked down to the lake and up to a gathering of slytherins that he assumed was the party Raven had told him about earlier. "Hey everybody did you miss me." He smiled and held his arms wide.

Allie smiles at David, he was such a cute guy. Allie couldn't be more happy that he showed up, "Hello to you too David." Allie hands him a glass of pumpkin juice. "Where have you been?"

Raven saw David and smiled. "Hey Dave." she said and looked at the list. Harry Ron and Hermione were supposed to be here and two lucky guests would crowned King of Gryffindor and Queen of Slytherin.

Gwen turned her reddened face away as David walked up to be met by a chorus of greetings from the other girls. So much for some carefree partying but how could she expect him not to show up in a crowd of girls. She pulled a silver flask with the MacKendrick crest out of her boot and took a long swig.

"It's always nice to meet a gryffindor isn't it" David shook Nyra's hand and smiled at all the girls well not all of them. Gwen wouldn't even look at him and was she drinking? he wasn't sure where he stood with her but he knew it was not where he wanted to be. "Thanks Allie." he took the glass of pumpkin juice and took a drink. After all he thought to himself gotta cool myself down around all these hot girls..and that slytherin guy. Raven wasnt bothered by David. She went inside the Forest and emerged with her Unicorn Dark Knight. She patted the horse. 'I dont trust these people Raven.' he said telepaticaly to her. 'Dont worry Dark Knight everythings gonna be OK these are my friends' after she said that she Harry Rom and Hermione emerge. She mouted the Unicorn and galloped towards her friends. "Hey guys." she said. "Hey Raven." said Hermione. Hermione high fived Raven and only just hit her hand because Raven was SO high up.

Gwen choked on the liquid in her throat, a muggle born, a filthy, dirty mudblood in her house, in her presence. She wanted to yell, to vomit, to leave, but instead she just took another swig from her flask. "Hello Nyra." Gwenllian attempted to smile at the girl and hoped none of the disgust she felt showed on her face. She was pretty confident it didn't, she had always had a knack for hiding what she thought of someone, it was a necessary skill for a girl in her position.
