*Nyra stayed away from Gwenllian she could feel the disgust radiating off her when she looked at her even though she was hiding it very well. She moved towards some of the Gryffindors since they seemed more accepting of her lineage*

David beamed as Riley joined the party and began speaking to William and Raven "Riley hey, finally another Gryffindor." He enveloped his housemate in a bearhug. He glanced back at the slytherin guy Allie had been conversing with suddenly feeling slightly awkward. He released Riley from his embrace with an embarrased grin. "So, how's it going guys." he playfully nudged her shoulder. DAvid noticed the tension between Gwenllian and Nyra, could she really be such a bigot? he wondered if such a great girl could have such a huge flaw.

"Maybe your right Riley, but I would never think..." Allie smiled, walking way from the Riley, Will, David and Raven. Allie wanted to get some alone time with one of the boys but she could only look right now because she hadn't decided what one she wanted more, David or Will. David was by far more stunning, but Will was in fact a Slytherin like herself. She looked both over and leaned up against a table. She was going to wait for one of them to break away from the group to finally talk alone. Allie sipped slowly on a glass of pumpkin juice.

She grinned, happy that he was glad to see her, it made her feel so warm and fuzzy inside she bit her lip to keep from smiling too big. Riley noticed David eying William uncomfortably and quickly added, "Oh, this is William Thacher of Slytherin, I'm not sure you two have been properly introduced." She then turned toward Allie, "Well I mean, I'm not entirely sure, Nyra could be the first, but the sorting hat is never wrong." she smiled.[/glow]

Allie laughed yet again, "The sorting hat has made mistakes before, sometimes it takes blood over heart." She remembers her owns sorting and the mistake of being put in Slytherin.

Gwen stood carefully in her dress "That's obviously not the case here however, she wasn't sorted into slytherin for blood was she?" She walked over to Riley "I really like your hair, it looks great." she scanned the rest of the students with her eyes.

Gwen sighed "I think this is getting awfully boring awful fast." She turned to Allie "So now that your sister has abandoned to post of hostess, not that I want her back, but would you happen to know why we are here?" Gwen arched an eyebrow, an expression that was rarely noticeable with her pale hair.

Evey entered the room with a little more enthusiasm than what was necessary. "Whadya say, sports fans? It's a great day!" She made her way over to a group standing together, a wide smile on her face.
